FIRE

The power of the word of God, is likened unto this,                                                                                     Jeremiah,23;29                                                                                                                                                                Is my word like as a fire?                                                                                                                                     Says the Lord,                                                                                                                                                                                        And like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?                                                                           Malachi,3;2                                                                                                                                 But who may abide the day of his coming?                                                                                                                       Who shall stand when he appears?                                                                                                            For he is like a refiner's fire,and like fullers soap;                                                                           Isaiah,,31;9                                                                                                                                 And he shall pass over to his strong hold for fear,                                                                                                And his princes shall be afraid of the ensign,                                                                                   Says the Lord,                                                                                                                                            Whose fire is in Zion,                                                                                                                                   And his furnace in Jerusalem.                                                                                                                    Amos,5;6                                                                                                                                     Seek the Lord, and you shall live,                                                                                                   Lest he break out like fire in the house of Joseph,                                                                                                               And devour it,                                                                                                                                    And there be none to quench it in Bethel.                                                                                                      Hebrews,12;29                                                                                                                             For our God is a consuming FIRE.
