Love or liar

1 John,4;20'21                                                                                                                                                          If a man say, I love God,                                                                                                                             And hates his brother, sister, he is a liar.                                                                                                       For he that loves not his brother, sister.                                                                                                                                   Who he has seen, how can he say,                                                                                                               I love God whom he has not seen?                                                                                                               And this commandment we have from him.                                                                                                   That who loves God love his brother, sister also.
